Arlin Vanderwerff retired from Northern Plains Steel on Wednesday, May 30th after 33 years with the company. Arlin started with the company as a torch operator and slowly worked his way up into the role of Foreman/Production Planner. He enjoyed the challenges he faced with his position and how to figure out solutions to fix those problems. Arlin was a great asset to the company and will be missed dearly.
