PVS Metals worked with Dale Luebbert, the owner of Polynominal, designing, manufacturing and installing these planters and fence dividers at Aksarben Inner Rail.

Dale used PVS Metals to do the laser cutting and brake work. Dale then has his employees weld and assemble; the parts are then powder coated and then installed by his team. A big shout out to Juan Cardenas, Perter Nguyen and Jeff Swope for making the effort, making this project go flawlessly.

If you are looking for a cool venue, stop by the Aksarben Inner Rail and admire this work.

Cincinnati Incorporated (CI) selected PVS Metals as a host facility to demonstrate their Small Area Additive Manufacturing (SAAM) 3D printer.  Representatives from Lozier, Diversified Products and Mid-Plains Industries/Central Confinement came to PVS Metals and joined PVS/MVS Metals representatives for a presentation by Lisa Griffin, Mark Watson and Travis Hancock from CI.

They performed a live demonstration of their SAAM 3D printer and printed press brake tooling while providing examples of how 3D printing is being used in production facilities.  They also brought along some pre-printed tooling and formed parts using that tooling in the 175TN Cincinnati MaxForm Brake at PVS Metals.

The link below will take you to Cincinnati’s website showing this 3D printer in action.
